Outdoor Access Fund
Our Outdoor Access Fund, established in 2023 seeks to remove financial barriers to the Outdoors.
Students and Trip Guides interested in accessing the fund are asked to write a brief explanation of the personal impact that the fund will have on them. Funds are distributed on a case by case and first come first serve basis. The distribution of funds is managed by our Outdoor Access Fund committee which reviews all applications. The fund covers membership fees, the price of at-cost trips and any potential transportation costs associated with our events.
In addition to donations and fundraising initiatives, 20% of our Membership Fee and Merchandise sales go into the Outdoor Access Fund.
$15 - Covers the cost of two semesters of membership to the club (Access to trips + gear library)
$150 - Covers the cost of a students 2+ night trip and a semester-long membership to the club.
Interested in getting funded through the Outdoor Access Fund?
- Applications are currently closed for Trip Funding as we work to build the fund.
- We anticipate being able to open them in the W24 semester. (To be announced on Instagram)
